Terms and Conditions:
- All fuel oil must be purchased through W.B. Dickenson's automatic delivery program during the duration of all service agreements to receive quoted pricing.
- All heating equipment is subject to our inspection and approval for acceptance under a service agreement.
- W.B. Dickenson is not responsible for any delays in service or for repairs or replacements resulting from conditions beyond our control.
- The customer is responsible for the costs incurred for removing and/or replacing materials to gain access to concealed heating system components.
- After hours service is limited to emergency service only (no heat, smoke, oil leak). Non-emergency service attended to on nights, weekends, and holidays is subject to billing at prevailing rates.
- Service agreements cover labor and/or replacement of listed parts only that become defective or inoperable through normal operation only.
- The decision whether to repair or replace any part rests with W.B. Dickenson. Any repair, replacement, or substitution of obsolete or unavailable parts will be billed at prevailing rates.
- Service Agreement prices quoted are for standard residential heating systems.
- W.B. Dickenson assumes no responsibility for heating failure or damage when building is unoccupied or when unable to gain access for service.
- All service agreements are in force for 1 year and renew automatically unless terminated by either party. The policy is transferable but not refundable.
- Customer must maintain current account balance. Delinquent account balances (over 30 days) are subject to finance charges and/or termination of service. We are not responsible for run-outs and/or resulting damage.
- W.B. Dickenson is not liable for environmental pollution and/or clean up from any oil leakage or tank rupture.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to schedule tune-up during the policy coverage date.

Plan Choices:
- Par Service Plan- (for separate oil fired hot water heater) = 79.50 +tax
- Birdie Service Plan- annual tune-up, automatic delivery, replacement of heating system parts = 179.50 +tax
- Eagle Service Plan- entire birdie service plan, additional replacement heating system parts = 279.50 +tax
- Annual Tune-Up- heating system = 99.50 +tax ; separate oil fired water heater 49.50 +tax
